What this session is
An hour of careful attention for someone going through a stuck or unclear period. I help you slow down what’s in your head, name what’s actually weighing on you, and notice the strengths you’ve stopped seeing in yourself — so you can put them somewhere useful in your life.
People come for many reasons: a decision they keep postponing, a job that has slowly stopped fitting, a relationship that feels off, or just the quiet sense that life is moving without them. Often what’s missing is not advice — it’s an outside view that takes your situation seriously.
One hour is often enough to find the angle you were missing. You leave with more clarity than you came in with, and usually one or two small things you actually want to do.
