What this session is

An hour of careful attention for someone going through a stuck or unclear period. I help you slow down what’s in your head, name what’s actually weighing on you, and notice the strengths you’ve stopped seeing in yourself — so you can put them somewhere useful in your life.

People come for many reasons: a decision they keep postponing, a job that has slowly stopped fitting, a relationship that feels off, or just the quiet sense that life is moving without them. Often what’s missing is not advice — it’s an outside view that takes your situation seriously.

One hour is often enough to find the angle you were missing. You leave with more clarity than you came in with, and usually one or two small things you actually want to do.

What this session is not

I’m a coach, not a licensed psychologist. This is advisory work — structured conversation, gentle observation, honest reflection. It is not diagnosis, therapy, or psychiatric care.

If you’re moving through something clinical — depression, trauma, anxiety that’s affecting how you function, addiction, thoughts of self-harm — please see a licensed psychologist or doctor. Coaching can sit alongside professional care, but it can never replace it.

If you’re not sure whether this is the right fit, just write — I’ll tell you honestly, and point you elsewhere if needed.

Why pay what you want

My time is limited. I still want this to be reachable.

I dedicate a few hours every day to people who simply need a thoughtful hour of attention. I don’t want money to be the reason someone who needs it stays alone with it. So the session itself is free — book without paying. After the session, if it helped you, you decide what it was worth (any amount, including a small symbolic one). If it didn’t, that’s honest information for me too, and there’s nothing owed.

How a session usually unfolds

  1. You send the booking request above — nothing to pay.
  2. Within 24 hours I email you personally with 2–3 time options.
  3. You pick what works. I send a calendar invite with a link for the format you chose.
  4. Before the call I ask one or two light questions so we don’t spend half the hour on context.
  5. We meet for one hour — quiet, attentive, fully present.
  6. After the session, if it helped you, I send a Pay What You Want link. Any amount, including none.
